Welcome!  Born and raised in Thailand where dance and music play a big part of Thai culture, Nasma started her dance lessons with devoted Thai Classical Dance instructors since she went to primary school in Nakhon Sawan. She then performed and competed representing her schools in many prestigious dance events.

When Nasma moved to Arizona, her first introduction to "Raks Sharqi" was by an Arizona dance icon and well known instructor Yasmina. Since then, Nasma has also studied with many other talented instructors including Mahin, also Ava Fleming , the most sought after instructor in the US and the 2004 winner of the "Belly Dance of The Universe" award, The Guinness Book of World Records legend, Helena Vlahos, and the Master Percussionist Ghaleb "Gabby" El-Tawil. Nasma also attends workshops with some of the finest dance/rhythm instructors from around the country.

Besides dancing, Nasma enjoys designing costumes. With a degree in Fashion Design, she specializes in Bridal Gowns, Evening Gowns, Special Occasion and One-of-A-Kind garments. She is well-known among clients both in US and Asia. In 2006, Nasma founded Shimmy Rebellion, LLC., a company dedicated to costume design, Middle Eastern Art and Dance.
